Our Story

Founded by LeRoy Carreira, Atlantis By LeRoy LLC reflects decades of dedication to precision and quality. With over 30 years in the industry, LeRoy is widely recognized for his meticulous workmanship and unmatched technical skill. Trained by a Swiss master craftsman, he brings a level of artistry and expertise that sets a high standard across the islands.

LeRoy has tiled and restored pools throughout O‘ahu—from Hawai‘i Kai to Makaha—as well as projects on Kaua‘i in Poipu and even out of state in places like Palo Alto California. His influence extends far beyond his own work: many of the island’s busiest pool tilers were trained directly by LeRoy, and to this day, they continue to seek out his guidance and expertise. This ongoing respect within the industry is a testament to the mastery and leadership he brings to the trade.
